This message was also from the Windows Phone design team commented on Twitter only with derision.

Are in accordance with the reality, and therefore worth a report two new apps, has released the Samsung for Windows Phone 8. The company signaled our view, to observe the operating system in the future. Here is Samsung Link and Share box.
The first app is a sync client from Samsung, which files that are stored on different Samsung devices, at any time can be found on a corresponding device. The contents in the form of pictures, music and videos can thereby be viewed and reproduced, but can be forward them to web services like cloud storage and Web pages.
