check nodes in the largest peak load
increasing the number of channels in the traffic exchange points between operators
analysis of the busiest sections of the network last New Year and installing additional transceivers for base stations to increase network capacity
installing additional base stations to reduce the load on the neighboring base stations
providing major network elements and nodes of the transport network diesel generators for their smooth functioning disconnecting the external power supply
freeze all work on the modernization and construction of the network, which may cause malfunction and degradation of service.
As the technical specialists, the peak load on the network - this is the first hour after the New Year. Projected growth in the intensity of traffic in this period compared to an ordinary day: SMS - 4 times, voice calls - 6 times. Significant difference in the load on the network is fixed and in a wider period of time - from 21.00 to 03.00 when subscribers write on average 2.6 times more SMS and call 3 times more than on a normal day. On New Year's Eve and January holidays in each regional office of the company will be organized additional duty specialists, as well as from 2 to 6 emergency repair teams, said the operator.
