Apple has released 64 A7 processor iPhone 5s Soon after, Samsung has stated that they will be the next generation of smart phones with 64-bit processors, and can be used on the phone is the first Galaxy S5 and Galaxy Note 4. Today, Samsung through official Twitter announced that they will officially release the new Exynos processor in the upcoming CES 2014 exhibition on (Jan. 7), if no accident, then, that they should be a 64-bit processor.
In with the figure, Samsung said higher Exynos processor will fly in 2014. In fact, in September of this year, when there was news that Samsung is nearing completion 64-bit processor, the processor is still a Exynos series, using 20nm technology, will employ eight nuclear program.
Later, according to information released by Samsung, the upcoming release of 64-bit processors will be available in two versions: Exynos 6 and Exynos S series. Which the former is based on ARM Cortex-A50 architecture consists of four Cortex-A57 core + four Cortex-A53 core composition. Which is mainly responsible for the first four core weight data, and then four cores are used for lightweight application, easy to control energy consumption. The latter is based on Samsung's own R & D framework, specifically the core is unknown.
Performance, allegedly Exynos S Series performance to reach 800 Xiaolong 1.43 times, while the performance Exynos 6 series is able to reach 800 Xiaolong 1.53 times.
Currently, Qualcomm has released their first Xiaolong 410 processor, but mainly for low-end market.
